The professional beauty industry has many hidden doors of opportunity! My career from beauty school - to the salon - to REDKEN main stage has been a fast and fun ride that has proven to be both meaningful and successful.
Sometimes when we set out to accomplish a goal it turns out bigger and better than could ever have imagined. The secret is you have to listen for the opportunity, and then seize the moment before it slips by. Too many people look at others who have grown past them and wonder why it hasn’t happened to them yet. The answer is – they seized when you snoozed. :)
The key to this success has come from two different principles I live by;
1) “Hang out with the people you aspire to be like”, and,
2) “Do what you say you are going to do”.
This has led me to stay Inspired, and keep Integrity. These are the two “I's” of success.
Teaming up with others with your same vision and values can expediential grow your business. Redken has proven many times over from the salon to main stage to be where my core belief system best matches up to. When your head and your heart are inline there is no stopping the momentum of good things happening.
Align your self with mentors, align yourself with an authentic focus, and stay true to your vision, values, and beliefs.
