Being a hairdresser has meant being free to improve myself. I have run the gamut of the hair industry from editorial to education and find that Redken has been there for me through it all. In my path Redken as a company has given me the know how to be professional as well as well rounded in all areas of the industry. If I had the ability to attend a Redken Elite Hair School I would have been able to achieve my goals faster with a lot more time to perfect my skills instead of searching for them. Ego fails at Redken and performance excels.
